Websites & systems for tradies and local service businesses
A free website.
Affordable
systems that
never clock off.
I build clean, simple sites that actually work, and I don't charge for them. What I charge for are the background systems that capture your leads and keep them warm while you stay on the tools, help build your reviews, and plenty more.
15 minutes, no pressure. If what you've got is already fine, I'll tell you.
What you're actually paying for
Here's the system, out in the open
Most of this runs quietly in the background. You just see someone who'd have slipped through, handled. Your customer sees a tradie who got back to them in minutes.
The call rings out
You're on a roof, under a sink, or driving, and you miss a call from a lead.
The text goes back
Within a few minutes, automatically.
Hey, sorry I missed you, I'm on the job right now. How can I help?
You take it from there
You pick up that same conversation right from the app and line up the next step, like booking them in for a quote.
No worries, happy to take a look. I could swing by Thursday arvo, does that suit?
The lead stays warm
Once they're booked in your calendar, follow-ups, reminders and reschedules happen on their own. Nobody falls through the cracks.
The review gets asked for
A quick message goes out after the job. Leaving a review takes a couple of taps, and good ones add up over time.
No catch, just the actual model
Why is the website free?
Setting up a website is pretty simple now, since AI does most of the heavy lifting. So I don't really charge for it.
But a website on its own isn't much more than a glorified brochure. The systems behind it are where the value is, the stuff that keeps things running smoothly so nothing slips while you're flat out on the tools. That's the part that costs time and money to build and run, so that's the part I charge for. It won't do the job for you, but used alongside actually doing good work, over time it's how you build your reputation.
Who's this for?
Honestly? Not everyone.
This is for you if
- You're a tradie or local service owner, word of mouth's served you well, and you want to start building something more solid online.
- You want to look the part and be easy to find when someone goes looking.
- You want to stay on top of enquiries, jobs and follow-ups without it eating your nights and weekends.
- You're in it for the long game: do good work, build your reputation, let it add up over time.
Probably not, and that's alright
- You're flat out with all the work you can handle and happy as you are. Fair enough.
- You want guaranteed leads by Friday. I can't promise that, and I'd be wary of anyone who does.
- You'd rather not touch the online side of things at all.
Baked into every site
Built to actually work for you
Looks the part
A lot of tradie websites are honestly pretty rough. Yours won't be. Clean and tidy, so when someone looks you up before they call, you come across as the real deal.
Found by AI search
Most searches end without anyone clicking through now. The sites I build are structured so the AI answer can point to you when someone asks for a tradie like you.
Built mobile-first
Most people will look you up on their phone, so that's what it's built for first. It still works just as well on a computer.
Quick and reliable
It loads fast and it doesn't fall over. No one's clicking off because it was slow, and you're not the business with the website that won't open.
Works for everyone
Built so anyone can actually use it, including people on screen readers or getting around by keyboard. It's just the right way to build, and a lot of what goes into it helps you get found anyway.
I keep it running
You don't have to touch the technical side. I handle the hosting, the updates and keeping it secure, so it's one less thing on your plate.
Live and working
What's already live
Nakota West Industries
Property maintenance, Sydney. The site's rebuilt and migrated across to the platform, and the background systems are getting set up now. First client on the platform.
See the siteI'm learning out loud
I'm building this agency from scratch with AI, and I'm open about how all of it works, including what it costs and where the margin is. That's most of what I post about.
